What is a Pathway To Purchase Loan?

The Pathway to Purchase is what is know as a Earned Equity Loan. In this situation your borrower doesn't typically qualify for a traditional FHA, ITIN or Foreign National Loan. The THULE Tribe will fund the loan in their name, with the borrower on the deed, and the borrower makes the payments to the tribe. Unlike a typical seeller lease to own, all the Principal and Interest is applid to the loan like a traditional 30 Yar FHA, and bcause the loan uses FHA guidelines, it only requires a 3.5% down payment. How Do I Activate My Account?

Signing Up with The LenderAI is simple. Ask our AI Bot for the broker package and complete it and email it to our Onboarding Team. We will check to make sure you are in good standing and our concierge team will work with you to get set up in our Loan Origination TPO and train you on how to use our technology and sbmission guideliines. How Long Does the Process Take?

Once we recieve your onboarding package, our compliance department will fully review the package and do the necessary compliance checks. Once that is completed our onboarding specialist will contact you to complete the onbarding and training process.

How Does Your FHA VOE FastTrax Program Work?

The FHA VOE program works just like a traditional FHA with the exception that it uses a simple WVOE to fully qualify the borrower. The WVOE is conducted by our credit provider and the borrower must have a minimum two years of work history with eitheer the same employer in the same field of work. These loans are veery easy for W2 borrowers to qualify for, and theey have the same low 3.5% down payment that you would have in a standard 30 year FHA without all the hassle of additional paperwork. A simple call to your employer qualifies you for this program.

What Are The Requirements to Register with The LenderAI?

You must have a broker license in one of the 36 states where we do business. We adhere to the states requirements and will conduct the necessary dilligeence to ensuree that your license is in good standing with the state.
